What we collect
This site collects only what you choose to send: the contact form asks for your name, email address, practice name (optional), and message. There are no accounts, no payments, and no requirement to provide anything to read the site.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether AHA can help — nothing else. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
Please don’t send patient information
This form and our general email are for business inquiries. Please do not include patient names, records, or other protected health information in a message to us.
Service providers
Two providers process data on our behalf: Formspree delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox, and Google Workspace hosts our email. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. This site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical data of any web request (such as IP address and browser type) in order to deliver the font files. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web-server request data (such as IP address) to serve pages and to produce the aggregate, cookieless analytics described below.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless tool that counts visits in aggregate — no cookies, no personal profiles, and no cross-site tracking. The measurements cannot identify you, and they are never used for advertising. If our approach changes, this policy will be updated first.
Retention and deletion
Correspondence is kept as an ordinary business record. If you’d like something you sent us deleted, email admin@austinhealthadvisory.com and we’ll take care of it.
Disclaimer
The content of this site is general information about how Austin Healthcare Advisory works. It is not medical, legal, financial, or accounting advice, and it is not a promise of particular results — every practice’s situation is different.
Contacting AHA, by form, email, or phone, does not create an engagement or client relationship. Engagements begin only under a written agreement signed by both sides.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
