Maintenance is deliberately the least of our engagements — and the point of the whole lifecycle. It exists so that practices don’t have to choose between full engagement and no relationship at all.
Early detection, on your own metrics.
On a monthly or quarterly rhythm, we review the practice’s operating and financial picture against the systems and baselines already installed: cash trajectory, collections behavior, scheduling and staffing patterns, and the handful of indicators that historically move first when something is starting to slip.
Drift shows up in numbers long before it shows up in operations. When something material surfaces, it gets named early and addressed as a defined piece of work — a targeted project or a temporary step-up in support — never an open-ended re-engagement. That boundary is part of the arrangement, in writing.
Between reviews, the owners have a direct line for judgment calls: the vendor proposal that looks off, the staffing decision with a hidden cost, the question that just needs an operator’s read.
