About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Associate based in Palm Beach County to support local presence and early-stage expansion efforts. This role is focused on building awareness, supporting relationship development, and representing the firm in a new market.
Responsibilities
1. Support local outreach and relationship-building efforts with physicians and professional partners
2. Assist with coordinating meetings, introductions, and follow-ups
3. Help manage and maintain a consistent local presence
4. Support marketing initiatives, including content coordination and light digital support
5. Track outreach activity and maintain organized records of contacts and interactions
6. Assist leadership in identifying opportunities for growth in the region
