We are seeking an HR Representative to support recruiting, onboarding, and core HR processes across client engagements. This role focuses on building and maintaining the people-side infrastructure that allows practices to operate effectively.
Responsibilities
1. Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
2. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
4. Help implement and standardize HR processes and workflows
5. Support compliance-related requirements and documentation
6. Coordinate with leadership on staffing needs and role definitions
